The Studio
Grip socks and a towel are required for every class. We don’t provide plastic cups, so please bring your own water bottle.
If it’s your first visit, arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you set up. Returning members should arrive 5 minutes before class. Late arrivals may lose their spot to the waitlist.
Most studios have between 15 and 20 Rowformer beds. Confirm with your specific studio.
No, phones are stored in your locker during class. A photo wall is available post-class.
The Workout
A 45-minute Rowformer class combining Pilates-inspired strength work with rowing HIIT cardio intervals. Low-impact from start to finish.
STRONG uniquely combines resistance work and cardio HIIT via the Rowformer, all with low joint impact.
We recommend 3 classes per week for best results, up to 5. STRONG is low-impact enough for frequent training.
Some studios offer an additional Beginner’s Program. Check with your local studio.
Yes, it’s intense, but every exercise is trainer-adjustable. Be patient with yourself while learning the movements.
